Liam Eugarde works directly with event organizers and trusted head promoters to promote their events. As a freelance ticket promoter, Liam Eugarde's role is exclusively to promote and provide information about music festivals and events. A commission is earned on ticket sales generated through these promotional efforts.
Liam Eugarde makes the following releases:
1. Event Cancellation: Liam Eugarde has no control over the scheduling, organization, or potential cancellation of any events promoted. Decisions regarding event cancellations are beyond Liam Eugarde's control.
2. Ticket Purchases and Payments: All ticket purchases and financial transactions are conducted directly by the official ticket sale company associated with each event. Liam Eugarde does not participate in the payment process. Any issues pertaining to payments should be addressed directly with the ticket sale company.
3. Refunds and Issues: In the event of cancellations, postponements, or other issues, the ticketing partner for each event is responsible for processing refunds or resolving any ticket-related problems. Please contact the ticketing partner directly for assistance with these matters.
4. Liability: Liam Eugarde is not liable for any issues that may arise with your ticket purchase, including but not limited to cancellations, payment disputes, or refunds. All responsibilities related to ticket sales, including customer service and financial transactions, lie with the official ticket sale company.
5. Event Changes: Events are subject to change without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the lineup, venue, date, and time. Liam Eugarde is not responsible for any changes to the event schedule and any inconvenience this may cause.
6. Third-Party Links: Liam Eugarde's promotional materials may contain links to third-party websites, including, but not limited to, ticket sale companies. Liam Eugarde does not have control over the content or practices of these websites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, terms, or activities. Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk.
7. Promotional Codes: Promotional discount codes are provided as a courtesy and are subject to the terms and conditions set by the event organizers and ticket sale companies. These codes may have expiration dates or usage limitations, and Liam Eugarde is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these codes.
8. Travel and Accommodation: Liam Eugarde is not responsible for any travel or accommodation arrangements you may need to make to attend an event. Any issues related to travel, accommodation, or other logistics are outside of Liam Eugarde's control and responsibility.
9. Assumption of Risk: By purchasing tickets to any events which Liam Eugarde promotes, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in these events, including but not limited to injury, illness, and loss of personal property.
10. Health and Safety Regulations: Liam Eugarde is not responsible for enforcing or ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including, but not limited to those related to COVID-19. Any regulations regarding health and safety are the responsibility of the event organizers and attendees.
